About this course
Intrinsic Energies of Internal Martial Arts is a comprehensive training program on developing the internal energies that give the internal arts their power. It is directed squarely at the martial practitioner, with an emphasis on building elastic power in both mind and body and on the practical skill that energy work is meant to produce.
Much of the material was filmed during closed-door workshops and instructor training courses, and it carries knowledge rarely made available outside those rooms — principles Sifu Mark Rasmus has refined across more than thirty years of teaching.
The curriculum moves from the Five Loosening Exercises through intrinsic energies training, Fa Jin development, Qi Gong sets, self-defense applications, and the underlying principles of internal martial arts. It rests on the foundation built in Elastic Force Qi Gong, and prior study of that course is recommended before beginning here.

“very thought out comprehensive course with in depth explanation.”
“I've been practicing tai chi & qigong for 20 years & compared to most schools I've encountered, the one I was learning with taught much deeper material. Mark's course blows my old school out of the water. The material in this course, even the basic lessons, will teach you more than you could possibly expect. This course is the real deal and delivers so much content. No one else teaches this stuff.”
“The impact Sifu Mark has had on my journey of self-discovery through the "internal arts" has opened up the consciousness to a whole new level of awareness and perception! He was able to open the mind to the perception of release, Chi, Jin, fullness, and a few other things on the first session! Not that it resulted in sudden mastery, but the doors to a whole new level of experience were opened.”
