Peter Wei Sheng Zhu

Peter Zhu is a third-generation lineage holder of Yi Quan, in the direct line of Wang Xiangzhai to Han Xingqiao to Peter Wei Sheng Zhu. He began training under Master Han in China before establishing Yi Quan in Australia in 1983.

Over more than forty years of continuous daily practice he has refined and extended the art, drawing it together with his work in Tui Na and Chinese medical theory. His approach holds natural posture, relaxation, and awareness to be the true source of internal power. He now shares a lifetime of training publicly for the first time, in order to preserve a lineage standing at the intersection of martial cultivation, health, and self-transformation.
