Jin 勁 and Yi 意
The system develops kinetic energy and the mind in parallel — known in the Chinese martial arts as Jin and Yi.
A Nei Gong system of the Southern Shaolin tradition, taught by Master Yap Boh Heong through a progressive six-part training programme.
Master Yap teaches each set in detail, then demonstrates the testing methods by which a practitioner confirms that what they are producing is genuine — a component of the tradition rarely made available outside the inner door.

Yan Shou Gong 延壽功 is a Nei Gong system of the Southern Shaolin tradition, historically transmitted only to the most senior monks of the temple.
The system develops kinetic energy and the mind in parallel — known in the Chinese martial arts as Jin and Yi.
Every set trains grounding, rooting and centering, cultivating a sustained awareness of the body.
Each set condenses the essential practices of the Nei Gong arts into a form that is direct to learn and quick to train — structured to produce demonstrable internal skill within a comparatively short period.
Master Yap demonstrates the testing methods by which a practitioner confirms that what they are producing is genuine — rarely made available outside the inner door.
Each module teaches the next six sets together with the testing methods and applications for the sets taught before it.

“Llevo unos cuantos videos de este curso, las lecciones están llevadas al pequeño detalle, muy bien explicadas, te enteras de verdad, son muy didácticas. Estoy muy ilusionado, creo que cumplirá mis expectativas.”
“Dive in! The instructors approach is methodical, shows different perspectives, and explains everything at pace where the student can absorb every detail effectively. I’m thankful he is giving others the opportunity to learn this important art in a modern and affordable way!”
“This course is providing me with fundamental base for all other practices that I have been working on. It has unlocked a profound new level for my Tai Ji Sword and painting practice. I'm very grateful for this opportunity to learn while being constrained by work and looking after two children.”
